Ground Cover in a tomato producing Greenhouse

Groundcover fabric, used in a tomato growing greenhouse, offers to the facility exceptional weed control, eliminating the need for herbicidal or insecticidal sprays. Ground cover helps maintain even soil temperatures. The woven structure allows water to pass through, as well as providing an aerated and healthy environment for plants to thrive.

Drip Irrigation on Table Vines

Drip irrigation application on table vines, with pressure compensating button drippers placed on irrigation pipe suspended 60cm above the ground along the trunk line. Drippers are placed between the plants in order not to wet them.  Easy to check the drippers to ensure that they are working properly.

Flexible suction hoses with Galvanized Connection parts

Flexible hoses reinforced with rigid helix, light, with great flexibility and good abrasion resistance. Used in agriculture for light suction and conveying water with electropumps and motorpumps. The hoses were supplied with galvanized steel quick-connect fittings.

Galvanised Steel Pipes 200 mm, complete at the ends with male/female quick couplings connectors. Heliflex General Service Heavy Duty (H.D.) hoses 200mm with special ends bearing quick coupling connectors.

Self Cleaning Suction Filter for Pump protection

Self cleaning suction filter 14'' installed submerged in water at centrifugal pump intake for protection against damage to impeller and restricted flow/cavitation.  When pumping starts, water flows through the screen while organic debris and other floating material are accumulated at the external surface of the screen which prevents their entry to the pump and irrigation system.  Screen is cleaned by spraying water from an internal nozzle system that rotate continuously and cover the entire screen surface.

Automatic hydraulic screen filters supply used on berries farms. Designed to optimize filtration solutions in nonelectric installations. Equipped with a new cartridge that allows to optimize the surface of filtration.

Multilayer Media Filter Skid (2xΦ1200mm) for Water Treatment plant

Complete automatic system of 2 x Ø1200mm high bed media filters to be used after clarification stage in a water treatment plant, all placed on a support base, with 4 layer media (anthracite, silica sand, gravel), equipped with backwashing pump mounted on the frame, automation with PLC control.

Pump Intake Filtration

Installation of Self-Cleaning intake screen filter to prevent large particles such as sticks, algae, fish, and other organics from entering the pump and causing damage. The screen is installed in the water at the end of the suction line, below the foot valve. Self-cleaning models offer a pressurized backwash line (supplied by the pump) with internal nozzles that rotate the screen to continuously clean the screen and therefore reduce maintenance. Intake screens available in 1500 micron and 2500 micron sizes. It should be noted that when a coarse screen is used, a finer filter should be used
